Meaningful change starts when we stop asking what we have to do and start asking why we are doing it.
THE PURPULL STORY
I started Purpull because I kept seeing the same things...
Organisations doing the reporting, producing the policies and answering the tender questions.
But somewhere along the way, their "why" gets lost.
Purpull helps organisations step back, understand what really matters and find practical ways to create the impact they want to make.

WHAT I HELP WITH

Build something meaningful.
Research, strategy, projects, social impact programmes and
turning an idea into something real.

Need another pair of hands?
Flexible, project, operational and business support, when a small organisation simply needs expert input.

ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Helen
With over 20 years in Leadership roles across Sustainability, Risk, Strategy and Change. I have built functions from scratch, supported boards and executive teams and I have helped turn ambitious ideas into practical programmes.
I am neurodivergent, which shapes how I think and how I work. I question assumptions, look for connections and I believe there is usually more than one way to solve a problem.
I bring clarity, challenge and real world expertise, and I help turn purpose into practical action and measurable impact.
Alongside Purpull, I work in Academic Supervision and Research and I volunteer within the Charity sector.
I believe business can be a powerful force for good.
Helen’s approach to partnership working asks not just "what can I do for your business?" but "how can we work together to bring about real change?"
